PURPOSE:To enable to easily perform the troubleshooting and the debug of firmwear, by holding the state of information and unit as they are by the flag bit pattern at trouble taken place. CONSTITUTION:The data transmitted from the host computer 1 is fed to the cluster controller 4 via the data net-work 2 and MODEMs 3a, 3b. This controller 4 transmits data to the work stations 5a, 5b or the adaptor 6 connected in-line, and the adaptor 6 further transmits the data to the work station 5c. If trouble of reception error is taken place on the line, the adaptor 6 turns on the maintenance flag in the random access, and the flag bit pattern holds the state of unit and information as they are. Thus, the troubleshooting and firmwear debug can easily be made. |
