PURPOSE:To achieve the exchange network of high reliability economically, by allocating the line concentration circuit of subscriber terminal providing line concentration function into a plurality of subscriber exchangers in decentralized state and connecting the subscriber exchangers mutually through the subscriber terminal belonged to the subscriber exchanger.
