PURPOSE:To eliminate a finishing process for end portion such as flash removal, painting, etc., by a method wherein a vacuum-formed product, whose end portion is bent previously, is inserted into a mold to perform an injection-molding. CONSTITUTION:An end portion 1' of a vacuum-formed product 1 is bent when injection-molding, a molten resin being then injected into a cavity 4 from a nozzle 3' to unite together them monolithically. This causes the bent end portion 1' to cover an end portion of a molded product. |
