PURPOSE:To enable an efficient production of mnolithically foamed sheet without the use of a press-down device and the like, by a method wherein a foaming material is poured for molding after a skin sheet whereto a seperate skin strip is connected is sucked to the inside of a mold to be fixed thereat. CONSTITUTION:A skin 1 connected to skin strips made of different colors and types of materials is placed on a lower mold 3 provided with projections positioned corresponding to jointed sections of the skin, a great many No.1 suction holes 6 connected to a suction device 5 through one flow passage 4, and No.2 suction holes 9 connected to a suction device 8 through the other flow passage 7. A jointed portion of the skin is positioned so as to coincide with the location of the projection, a skin sheet being fixed by suction produced resulting from operation of a suction device for the No.2 suction holes. The joined portions are sucked to and supported at the projections by actuating the suction device connected to the No.1 suction holes, an stock solution poured being foamed to produce a monolithical foaming sheet. |
