PURPOSE:To realize small sized crystal oscillator with temperature compensation and to obtain the wrist watch with about 1 second yearly error, by providing the electrode pattern with one major plane respectively for two AT cut crystal pieces as a pair of electrodes and by sealing them in one case. CONSTITUTION:The AT cut crystal pieces 15, 16 different in the temperature characteristics are supported with the support member 17 formed in ring shape with insulation elastic member. The lead 22 is connected to the electrode pattern 24 provided on one major plane of the crystal piece 15 and the pin 20, and the lead 23 is respectively connected to the electrode pattern 25 provided on one major plane of the crystal piece 16 and the pin 21. The cap 26 is sealed with the metallized layer 19 by means of solder. Further, when the pins 20, 21 are connected to the oscillation circuit, the electrodes 24, 25 are a pair of electrodes for oscillation to obtain the frequency in temperature compensation. Thus, the AT cut crystal oscillator is realized with small size and temperature compensation, allowing to obtain the wrist watch with about 1 second of yearly error. |
