<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a good response characteristic even when the distance from a sensor to an object to be measured is relatively short and the movement of the object to be measured is little, by arranging sensitive elements having different polarity on both sides of sensitive elements having the same split polarities. CONSTITUTION:Sensitive elements O, C, O are polarized in the direction opposite to two inside sensitive elements 1 as shown by an arrow and connected to said sensitive elements 1 and further connected to the earth and a high imped ance terminal like the gate of an FET. As mentioned above, an infrared ray sensor is constituted by arranging the sensitive elements O, C, O having different polarity on both sides of the sensitive elements 1 having the same split polarities, a good response characteristic can be obtained even when left and right outside objects to be measured are minutely moved within an unit time or an object to be measured is minutely moved.</p> |
