<p>PURPOSE:To lead an optical cable into a small diameter pipe at a necessary time by complexing the small diameter pipe into a leading wire for electric power and a power transmission distribution cable beforehand and providing it in a duct line to lay the power transmission distribution cable. CONSTITUTION:After the suitable length of an optical cable 1 is inserted into a pipe 3 beforehand from one edge of a small diameter pipe 3, the compressed air is intermittently sent from a passage 6 into an adapter 5 for ventilation. On the other hand, by dislocating from the starting period of the sending-in of the compressed air, the optical cable 1 is intermittently supplied by a cable inserting device 4. Thus, the optical cable 1 is successively introduced into the small diameter pipe. At this time, the sending-in of the compressed air and the supply of the optical cable 1 by the cable inserting device 4 may be intermittently and alternately executed. Thus, at the necessary time, the optical cable 1 can be led into the small diameter pipe 3.</p> |
