PURPOSE:To simplify a manufacturing process and raise productivity, by automatically assembling a piston and a trigger handle on a trigger sprayer body already assembled with a nozzle and an intake part in building a trigger sprayer. CONSTITUTION:The first, ... and the twelfth stations are provided on a main table 10 which is rotated counterclockwise. A trigger sprayer body 160 already fitted with a nozzle 161 and an intake part 165 is conducted to a body feed mechanism 11 by a conveyor 23 so that the body is supplied to the first station on the main table 10. A piston 190 is supplied from a parts feeder 25 through a chute 24 and positioned at the fifth station. A trigger handle 200 is supplied to the sixth station through a chute 26 and set at the seventh station. Defective pieces are detected at the nineth station and picked out through a chute 28. A proper assembled trigger sprayer is picked out by the tenth station through a chute 29. The trigger sprayer is efficiently assembled by automatic parts supply and conveyor system. |
