<p>PURPOSE:To recover waste heat effectively by lowering the temperature of distillate to a temperature at which it can be changed to a storage tank by preheating of feed liquid and generating high-pressure vapor by the potential heat of distillate. CONSTITUTION:A part of the supplyied residual oil of a normal pressure distillation is introduced from the main pipe 1 into the branched pipe 2 and then preheated by the distillate flowing through the pipe 35 in the heat exchanger 3. Also, a part of the feed liquid is introduced into the branched pipe 4 and then preheated by the distillate flowing through the pipe 17 in the heat exchanger 5. Furthermore, a part of the feed liquid is directed to the heat exchanger 7 through the branched pipe 6 and preheated by the distillate flowing through the pipe 37. And, these feed liquids are further preheated in the heat exchanger 9 thrpugh the collecting pipe 8 and then sent back to the main pipe 1. The distillate drawn to the pipe 15 is introduced into the liquid receiving tank 18, passed through the pipe 35, introduced to the high- pressur steam generator 19 where it heats the boiler water 40 to generate a high- pressure steam of 15-25kg/cm<2>G, and then passed through the heat exhanger 3 where it is cooled to a fixed temperature. The distillates in the pipes 16 and 17 heat the boiler water similarly to generate a high-pressure steam of 5kg/cm<2> or more.</p> |
