The construction of a cladding material, as a veneer for plywood and similar materials for furniture applications, has a number of porous paper layers making up the veneer cladding with a partial impregnation to give a bonding before drying while the other layer is printed on its upper surface with the required colour design. The construction allows the continuous production of a cladding material of a universal thickness suitable for all grades of supporting board.
