PURPOSE:To more accurately escape the cut chips following work and easily cool the blades of a disc saw by intermittently providing the blades on the outer edge of the disc saw and thru holes at the blades. CONSTITUTION:A number of thru holes 2 are provided on the outer edges of three disc-shaped extremely thin metal plates 3 at regular intervals. A number of blades 3 are provided by collecting diamond or the dust-size particle of cubic boron nitride by means of electroplating on the surface of the position including every other thru holes 2 and three disc saw units 4 are formed. Then these disc saw units 4 are shifted and overlapped so that the blades 3 of the adjacent disc saw units 4 cannot be overlapped or so that the thru holes 2 without the blades 3 can match those 2 with the blades 3. These disc saw units 4 are bonded with bonding agent in one body. |
