PURPOSE:To maintain the developability of film with the hot air of a temperature retaining box and make adsorption of the film on pattern plate good by disposing the temperature retaining member of the film horizontally removably to the position right above an elevating table right under the temperature retaining box. CONSTITUTION:A heater 15 and a holding member 31 are corresponded by leaving the specified distance. The film 34A adsorbed and held on the bottom surface of the holding member 31 is heated to soften and is adsorbed and coated on the pattern plate 3 which has been transferred to the film coating position by a turntable 1. More specifically, when the pattern plate 3 is lifted from the turntable 1 until it contacts the film 34a adsorbed on the bottom surface of the holding member 31 by way of the elevating table 11 by operating a cylinder 9, the film 34a is adsorbed on the surface of the pattern part 2, whereby the pattern plate 3 is coated. After the coating, the adsorption of the film 34a to the holding member 31 is released and the elevating table 11 is lowered by reverse operating the cylinder 9. |
