The safety fuse (2) is for a military charge (1) and is controlled by a link. In a tube (3) is a detonator forming a primer of a slow burning charge (15) and a primary charge (16). The tube is acted on by a spring (11) and moves in a bushing holding a secondary, amplifier, charge. The tube, at rest, is fixed to a detonator carrier by a fusible part near the slow burning charge. It has a safety pin (17) blocking the tube in a fixed position, held by a link and acted on by a spring (19) to push it out when freed.
