<p>The safety device is for proesses for operating a cutting-or pressing tool, with a top section executing a working stroke and a bottom section which is lined up during this working stroke. The tool is covered by a safety housing during the working stroke. A movable carrier (9) is connected with a drive device (10) and the tool bottom section (7) is fixed to this. On operating the carrier/drive (10), the tool bottom section (7) can be brought from an application position (7a), in which the items to be cut or pressed can be introduced into the bottom section (7) from outside the working zone, into a pressing- or cutting position and vice verse.</p> |
