With a circuit arrangement for supplying the electrical equipment (47, 48) of a domestic appliance, which can be controlled by an electronic program control device (1) which is supplied with current via a power supply (3), with mains power (220 V), a stand-by mode should be possible in which, although the program control device is continuously supplied with power, the remaining electrical equipment is without voltage and a simple pressing on a key or touching of a touch electrode (21) provided for adjusting the program is sufficient for switching on the entire electrical equipment. The solution consists in that the power supply (3) is continuously connected to the mains line (41, 42) and the program control device (1) is continuously connected to the power supply (3) and that a relay (43), which can be operated by the program control device (1), is provided, which has two disconnecting contacts (44, 45) for the main power supply lines (41, 42) of the remaining electrical equipment (47, 48).
