The crusher is designed to handle fresh meat simultaneously with frozen meat and consists of a hopper provided with a vertical partition creating two subdivided hopper sections for the two kinds of meat. The section receiving the frozen part is fitted with two counter-rotating crusher rollers which reduce the frozen material to lumps so fist size approx. The lumps drop onto the lower part of the housing where a worm conveyor driven by a motor via and adjustable speed reducing gear is operating. The hollow shaft of the worm conveyor accommodates shaft to a cutter assembly driven by motor via belt. The blades fitted on shaft end carry out the fine cutting to the reqd. degree.
