<p>Plant for sepg. pieces contd. in a powdered material with the help of a gas comprises a dispersion appts. and a mixing chamber fitted with a venturi tube, an accumulation chamber and a fluid-tightness chamber which ensures the entrainment of the powdered material in the gas stream and the discharge of the sepd. pieces without shut-down of the installation. Plant is applicable in installations for exchanging heat by direct contact between a powdered material and a gas resulting in recovery of the heat contd. in waste gases as in the cement industry, or in the powdered material, as in the alumina industry.</p> |
