Intermediate proving chamber for bread dough pieces - carries expensive chain conveyer

Each dough piece is placed, for a limited period, in one of a series of pivotally, suspended conveyor buckets. Each bucket carries its load from an access slot in the chamber casing which permits loading, through the chamber and back to the same access slot for discharging. The casing contains a pair of spaced wheels which rotate together on a common horizontal axis. Parallel rows of buckets are now pivotally suspended on horizontal axes extending between corresponding points on the two wheels. Each row of buckets passes the access slot for discharging and reloading once in each revolution of the wheels. Used to store dough pieces for an intermediate proving period, i.e. to allow the dough a brief period of rest between rounding up and moulding. The machine is much cheaper and easier to service than those in which rows of buckets are carried between side chains.
