OPERATION CONTROL UNIT FOR VIDEO TAPE RECORDER

PURPOSE:To realize the normal reproduction and the slow reproduction of an optional speed by performing the production switching with the simple operation of the switch and furthermore combining the switch with the motor speed manual control means. CONSTITUTION:In the normal reproduction, the motor control signal sent from speed/phase control signal generation circuit 9 is applied to the base of transistor Tr16 through current limiting resistance 11 for amplification and then to Tr16 to secure the turning of the fixed speed for capstan motor 17. Change-over switch 2 gives the connection between fixed contact (c) and contact (a). Then push-switch 3 is turned on, and thus the trigger signal is supplied to trigger input terminal T of FF4. And output terminal Q switches from the low level to the high level to turn or Tr7 and 12 each. When Tr7 is turned on, the current flows to the earth from power terminal 18 and via collector load resistance 14 of Tr13 and variable resistor 8. And the necessary bias is applied to the base of Tr16. Here resistor 8 is controlled to vary the feed amount to motor 17, thus realizing the slow reproduction of an optional speed.
