When the called party operates button 50 after hearing the ring of the bell of telephone 20 or call bell 40, reply button reception circuit 34 is started and then artificial reply circuit 33 each. Circuit 33 gives the reply signal to telephone circuit 10 to actuate the ring trip circuit of the exchange not shown in the diagram.
