<p>PURPOSE:To realize reuse of regenerated polyol by mixing regenerated polyol having specified hydroxyl value obtained by an alpaline fission with polyol in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:A polyol is prepared from 50-70pts.wt. a polyol obtained by alkaline fission of polyurethane foam and/or regenerated polyol having 400-800 hydroxyl value obtained by adding alkylene oxide to an aromatic amine, and 50- 30pts.wt. an amine-type polyol having 400-800 hydroxyl value and/or a sucrose- type polyol having 400-600 hydroxyl value. Said polyol, an organic isocyanate, a foaming agent, etc., are discharged onto a sheet-like face material and foamed by one shot to form a laminate of hard urethane foam and sheet-like face material continuously.</p> |
