PURPOSE:To realize the miniaturization of the capacitor for the waveform converter circuit which prevents occurrence of the spike noise, by increasing equivalently the resistance value at the time constant part. CONSTITUTION:With supply of signal H to input 100, signal L is obtained from output 110. In this case, the output impedance of input circuit 30 is set extremely larger than that of the amplifier circuit consisting of intermediate transistor 40 (R10>>R20). As the collector of output transistor 50 is connected via capacitor 90, output signal V0 is expressed in the form of the output of the Miller integrating circuit featuring the time constant of 90.R10. Accordingly, the whole circuit can be suitably integrated since C90 can be minimized under the conditions of R10>>R20. Also the diode can be used as the capacity in place of coupling capacitor 90. |
