<p>PURPOSE:To achieve the reduction in production process by superposing absorbing materials having complementary color relations with three primary colors of additive mixing and making the light non-transmitting parts at the same instant of production of the color filter in producing the light non-transmitting portions of the color filter. CONSTITUTION:There are color stripe filters in which S1, S2, S3 are made one set, in the face plate part of an image pickup tube 5 and at the circumference of this, the blackened part for black level detection is necessary for the effective scanning end faces 6A-6D of scanning electron beam. At the time of constituting the color filter with inorganic filters, the blackened part may be formed by the superposition of cyan, magenta and yellow which are in complementary color relations with red, green and blue being the three primary colors of additive mixing. If the light non- transmitting portions are formed by superposing the foregoing materials simultaneously in producing the color filter by utilizing this, there is no need for photoetching metal films and the production processes may be considerably reduced.</p> |
