PURPOSE:To collectively dispose a winding unit and winding finishing units in an extremely narrow space by delivering a coil bobbin from a part feeder to a first shuttle and further to a winding machine, delivering a wound coil bobbin from the machine to the first shuttle and further to a second shuttle, and finishing the winding held at the second shuttle. CONSTITUTION:When a coil bobbin is supplied from a part feeder 1 to a first shuttle 10 and moved to a predetermined position on the shuttle 10, it is delivered to a winding machine 4, a winding work is conducted, and it is again delivered to the shuttle 10. When it is moved to other predetermined position on the shuttle 10, it is delivered from the shuttle 10 to a second shuttle 20. When they are moved to predetermined positions on the shuttle 20, predetermined works are executed by units 70, 72, 74, 76, 78 for winding finishing steps, thereby automatically winding and winding finishing a series continuously. Thus, the occupying area of the whole units may be much smaller than that of the convention unit, and the layout of the units is facilitated, thereby improving the quality of products and shortening the working time. |
