The suspension arrangement (5) is intended for a hanging silo in flexible material whose upper rim has one or more seamed portions through which one or more carrier tubes (4) extend. The tubes (4) are secured to T or I-section beams (3) by two U-brackets (51) which are clamped together on the lower flange of the respective beam by a screw (52). The lower ends of the brackets are recessed (51') and the two recesses fit around the neck (55) of a hanger below a head (56). The hangers have a ring-shaped portion (54) fitting around the carrier tube (4).
