<p>Films, sheets, webs, partic in thermoplastic materials, are produced with >=1 extruder, rollers for take-off/cooling/reeling, a cutter for slitting at the edge or centre, and at least one mill for reducing the offcuts. Such a mill is provided for each offcut and can be adjusted in position across the material direction and/or in height. Minimal direct labour costs and trouble-free operation are ensured; process can be used also for Al foils; reducing mills are located where required, they require no supervision and feed e.g. back to the extruder.</p> |
