PURPOSE:To realize the thin movement structure as well as complete a thin-gage electronic watch by constituting the movement through the plane arrangement of the component parts. CONSTITUTION:Liquid crystal panel 31, battery 32 crystal oscillator 35, IC36 plus circuit elements 37-39 are all arranged on the plane by avoiding the overlap to each other in order to form the movement. Furthermore, the plane region of the movement is divided into groups with installation of the region lower than panel 31 between panel 31 and other element groups. As a result, the relief part is formed for cover glass holder part 49 of bezel 48 to reduce the gap between panel 31 and cover glass 47. At the same time, each parts is arranged so that the lower face of he movement may be flat. In such way, both battery relief recess 50 and crystal relief recess are secured to bezel 48, thus ensuring the effective use for the dead space of bezel 48. |
