PURPOSE:To enable collected toner to be drawn out without polluting inside and outside the electrophotographic apparatus during filter exchange using a simple structure, by composing a labyrinth seal of the groove of a filter case combined with a tonor receiver in one body, and the protuberance of a duct. CONSTITUTION:An excess toner removed from a photosensitive drum with brush 20 rotated by air flow caused by suction fan 21 is collected in filter case 34 formed in one body with toner receiver 38. In this case 34 filters 35A, 35B are inserted, and a labyrinth seal is composed of groove 39 on the side of case 34, the similar groove of its bottom, and protuberance 41 of conveying air flow duct 33, etc., and such a simple structure does not cause pollution inside and outside the electrophotographic apparatus and can collect the excess toner in receiver 38. This toner can be drawn out perfectly during exchange filters 35A and 35B. |
