A primer composition is prepared by dissolving in an organic solvent one or more diacryloyloxy compounds of the formula: +TR (wherein X is a hydrogen or methyl group; Y is a linear or branched-alkylene group having less than 8 carbon atoms or a binding group selected from the group consisting of n is an integer of from 1 to less than 10).
