The stepless gear involves a planetary gear, the sun wheel of which is connected to the drive shaft on which a freely rotatable carrier supports the planet wheels. In the area of the teeth of the planet wheels which run in an oil bath, and of the inner toothed sun wheel, a centrifugally controlled stop ring is provided for lateral outlet of oil from the teeth. Excessive free run stops for the planet and sun wheel carriers can be brought into union with brake units. |
