<p>Device for folding sheets of material. It comprises a base block (10) (Figure 1) having elongated arms (11) and (12) and between which is pivoted a "swivel" block (13) on vertical axes (14). An L-shaped member (15) provides an abutment. The base (15a) of the L-shaped member is fixed to block (10) and the arm (15b) provides an abutment in the form of a curved surface (16) which is shaped to provide a wedging action when the edge (17) of block (13) is moved to engage and hold the end of a sheet in the nip between surface (16) and edge (17). </p> |
