PURPOSE:To avoid such a fault as carelessly engages a steering shaft by facing a solenoid plunger to a cam which rotates by the rotor of a cylinder lock and checking up the revolution to the lock position of the cam. CONSTITUTION:In the lock A, the cam 4 which is connected to the rotor 3 is freely rotatively provided inside the cylinder lock 2 and switches the ignition switch 5 when it rotates. Also, the plunger 11 of the electromagnetic solenoid 10 which enters into and out of the annular groove 9 is provided. When the lock position is P at a car stop, the plunger 11 retreats into the solenoid 10. When this state is displaced into the garage position Q to the start position with a key, the plunger 11 corresponds to the annular groove 9 in the meantime. Since current is generated due to car traveling and the plunger 11 advances in the annular groove 9, the key cannot be revolved to the lock position in error. |
