PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting of a seat belt and getting on and off a back seat by providing an auxiliary connection element/turning forward and backward which interlocks with the opening and closing of a door or the forward inclination of a reclining seat. CONSTITUTION:The limit switch (not illustrated) which turns ON when the reclining seat 21 is inclined forward or when the door is opened is provided and the magnet 54 on the ceiling 12 near the hooking piece 16d is excited. When the reclining seat 21 is not inclined forward, the magnet 54 is not excited. The auxiliary connection element 16 touches the stopper 30 by the coil spring 44 and the tongue plate 18 can easily be mounted on the rear head of a driver. When the seat is inclined, the magnet 54 is excited and the auxiliary belt element 16 rotates backward, absorbing the flap 16d. As a result, the getting on and off of the rear seat 34 is not interrupted by the belt 4. |
