<p>The d.c. motor comprising a fixed part (22, 30), a rotating shaft (12) and a control circuit for energising the motor, has the latter mounted on a circuit plate (20) carried by the fixed motor part (22, 30). The motor housing (14) rotates in conjunction with the shaft (12) and is cup-shaped, with the fixed motor part (22, 30) adjacent the open end, with the circuit plate (20) extending across the open end at a small distance from it. Pref. the circuit plate (20) comprises a flat annular disc extending in a plane perpendicular to the rotating shaft (12). The other end of the shaft (12) pref. carries a fan wheel for air-cooling of the motor, with openings around the bottom of the motor housing (14) for air circulation.</p> |
