PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing of lining and to manufacture the ceiling of automobile efficiently, by pre-inserting a wristing wire into flexible tube made of thermoplastic resin then fusing it to lining material. CONSTITUTION:Wristing wire 1 is inserted into tube 6 made of thermoplastic resin such as vinyl chloride. Then said tube 6 is fused against one face of lining material 7 having thermoplastic resin with predetermined interval by means of high frequency fusing means. Such lining is used for fitting the bent 1a of wristing wire 1 to a hole 5 in the wall 4 at body side. Since the wristing wire 1 and the tube 6 are flexible, they can be bent easily along curved inner face of roof panel 2 resulting in a ceiling having widened top space. |
