PURPOSE:To obtain single input and single output by a simple constitution, by injecting signal charge, corresponding to an input signal, into a 1st charge transfer device and then by leading an output signal out from a 2nd charge transfer device. CONSTITUTION:Bit N of charge transfer device A corresponds to bit M of charge transfer device B, where N and M are natural numbers and M is an integer greater than N, and a fixed bit of device A and a corresponding bit of device B are connected together via charge distribution circuits 3...7 in terms of charge. Here, signal corresponding to an input signal is injected into device A and an output signal is led out from element B. Consequently, the simple constitution can obtain single input and single output without requiring a weighting circuit, adder circuit. |
