Compounds of the formula <IMAGE> wherein R is alkyl having 1-5 carbon atoms; R1 is alkyl having 1-4 carbon atoms, or alkoxy having 1-2 carbon atoms; R2 is hydrogen or alkyl having 1-4 carbon atoms; and R3 is alkyl having 1-4 carbon atoms, phenyl or alkenyl having 2-4 carbon atoms which are useful as insecticides and acaricides.
