A collapsible perambulator has a rectangular frame B with semicircular end extensions b carrying supports b<SP>1</SP> on which a removal body rests. The links a<SP>1</SP> of the X frames are pivoted to the frame B whilst the other links a are pivotally attached to links d pivoted to the frame B. The upper ends of links d are pivotally attached to a U-shaped handle C, the lower ends of the limbs of the handle being pivotally attached at d<SP>3</SP> to links d<SP>1</SP> carried by the frame B. Catches d<SP>2</SP> pivotally mounted on the links d have hooks to engage pivots d<SP>3</SP> between the handle C and links d<SP>1</SP> to prevent collapsing of the structure which is effected by rearward folding of the handle C. |
