PURPOSE:To reduce cost of Decca receiver by obtaining digital quantity of output for differential phase measurement of Decca receiver, switching multiple substation signals, and using time-division measurement. CONSTITUTION:Operating principle of double integral type A-D converter is utilized so that a differential phase measuring device has a uniformalizing function. Output for differential phase measurement is provided by digital quantity, plural substation signals are switched, and measurement uses time-division system. As such, the output of digital quantity is uniformalized, mean time can be easily changed by changing capacity of counter 36, so that measurement is possible even when SN ratio of input signal is relatively poor. |
