PURPOSE:To strengthen not only a band saw but also the whole band saw, and to improve durability, by a mechanism wherein not less than two band saw simple substances are stacked, these simple substances are integrally glued and the band saw is formed. CONSTITUTION:The powder of diamond or a cubic crystal boron nitride is each attached at the regular interval's locations of the upper surfaces of three, beltlike, extremely thin, metallic plates 1 by means of an electric plating method, and a large number of blades 2 are made up. The simple substances 3 are stacked, shifted lest the blades 2 should be stacked, and integrally glued with adhesives 4 or silver solder, thus obtaining a band saw body 5. The discharge of cutting and the cooling of blade portions become better because the simple substances are shifted lest the blades 2 should be stacked. |
