<p>PURPOSE:To economically and continuously obtain a sandwiched board of high strength and homogeneous quality by embossing lower base material, supplying to one side thereof with an expandable reaction mixture, laminating upper base material on the lower base material and feeding to dies by the aid of a sectorial guide equipped with a heating wire. CONSTITUTION:A thin metallic plate A is delivered from a lower base material delivery section comprising uncoiler, pinch roller 2, etc. and embossed with upper and lower rolls 3. After supplying to one side of the plate A with expandable reaction mixture P from a charging section 6, upper base material B such as a asbestos paper, aluminum foil, etc. are guided correspondingly onto the lower base material A while heated with a sectorial guide 8 equipped with heating wire 8a. Then, the expendable reaction mixture P, which is sandwiched by the upper and lower base plates, is transferred to mould 11, and is expanded throughly, so that the sandwiched board S of prescribed thickness is obtained.</p> |
