The extendable table can be adjusted in size, and is especially intended to have a television set placed on it. The table has a leg attached to a first fixed table top with one lengthwise and two crosswise slides. A second table top has a second lengthwise slide and two crosswise tubular sections which are slide mounted in the crosswise slides of the first table top. The two table tops form a guide table. Four angle plates (3, 4) move along the first and second table tops.
