<p>The water-tight appts. is for coating food by a liquid method in another food, such as jelly. It consists of a receptacle for the liquid, a compact heater with two or more resistances, and a thermostatic switch unit with light signal connecting the resistances to the power. The heater unit (2) incorporates resistances (7, 8, 9) with identical number an value on each side. The resistances on one side are nearer to one another. The heater unit is positioned underneath the liquid receptacle.</p> |
