<p>The arrangement is used to construct or restore a ski piste for jumping competitions held during late winter, and comprises a frame (1) forming two ski tracts lying next to each other (2) which can be positioned like a ski piste on to a base. Inside the frame (1) and on the ski track are cooling pipes (4) to cool the track. The cooling pipes (4) extend in the direction of the ski piste (2), are covered with a metal plate (5) which forms the base section of the ski track in order to divert the heat from the base section of the track into the cooling pipes. There is an insulating layer (6) below the cooling pipes to minimise the transfer of heat from the base (3) to the cooling pipes.</p> |
