The dosing appts. measures the weight of the delivered material to determine its flow rate, so that the delivery rate of the delivery element (2) can be varied accordingly after comparison with a reference value. The actual value of the flow rate of the material is compared with a reference value dependent on the removal from the required final end weight of the delivered material, with the drive rate of the delivery element (2) regulated continuously. The container (4) receiving the material is supported on a weighing platform supplying a signal to a processing circuit (6) which is in turn supplies a control signal to the regulator (7) controlling rotation of the motor (9) for driving the delivery screw.
