摘要 <p>A device for removing electrostatic charge from goods moving at high speed past two or more de-electrifying elements with discharge electrodes connected to electrical alternating voltages uses economical circuitry and operates with a high degree of reliability and more efficiently than conventional devices. Appts. considerably reduces or completely eliminates the effect whereby strips of charged surface ions remain on the goods. At least two deelectrifying elements are used. The alternating voltage applied to the discharge: electrodes of one deelectrifying element is phase shifted w.r.t. those of the other element by 180 degrees. The alternating current voltages are generated using two identical high voltage transformers (31, 32) whose primary windings (33, 35) are connected to a common source (O, R) so as to induce oppositely phased voltages in their secondary windings (34, 36).</p>
