<p>Pharmaceutical prepns. are made contg. a substd. 6-aryl-4H-s-triazolo-/3,4c/-thieno-/2, 3e/-1,4-diazepine (I) (or its non-toxic, addn. salt)in which R1 is Br, R2 is H, F, Cl or Br and R3 is Br, OCH3.3-6C cycloalkyl or 5-6c heterocyclic ring contg. an oxygen heteroatom, together with known geleic adjuvants and fillers. The prods. are useful for oral admin. to give an anxiolytic, relaxant, muscle-relaxing and anti-convulsive action.</p> |
