Concrete slab prodn. system - has sets of moulds in frames filled simultaneously by metering machine

In the system mfg. concrete panels and slabs, additive, binding agent and water are mixed in set proportions, after which the mixture is poured in metered quantities into open moulds, and coated after setting. The moulds are assembled together in sets (14) in frames filled simultaneously by a metering machine (11), and several frames are stacked for setting. The frames are then delivered one by one to a knockout station (26), where the slabs are removed and inverted. The frames are returned to the metering machine and the slabs pass through coating (42) and drying (43) stations.
