<p>The filling machine is particularly for pastry products and has a rotary metering and filling unit. The latter comprises sets of adjusting mechanism, one (A) for the amount to be metered, and others (B) controlling the injection nozzle stroke. A set (C) of distributors regulates the material discharge from a hopper (17) in metered amounts, these being then transported to the nozzles, which continuously discharge into the tubes. The various sets are mounted in a row one above the other and actuated via a hollow shaft (3) driven by a motor (2), control members being fixed to the shaft. The mechanism operate in synchronism, and the tube filling takes place during movement between the 90-160 deg. positions.</p> |
