PURPOSE:To enable long-term use even under vacuum and high temperature, by existing molybdenum or its compound and sulfide respectively on each friction face of solid sections sliding each other thereby forming a solid state lubricant film. CONSTITUTION:In ball bearing equipped with ball 1, outer ring 2, inner ring 3 and holder 4, each of said member is made of heat-resistant steel. Mo or its compound layer is formed by containing Mo or its compound more than conventional bearing steel in the steel or through spattering to exist Mo on the friction face or outer circumferential face. MoS2 is coated thinly on one or both orbiting faces 2a, 3a of outer ring 2 and inner ring 3, while S or its compound such as FeS or Ag2S is existed on ball receiving face of holder 4. |
